Splitting

We have two heavy duty splitting machines both capable of splitting block products into sheets at exceptionally high tolerances, we can split low density soft sponge polymer materials and extremely high density ridged materials with ease. In addition we also split full blocks of PU foams including the higher density recon grades up to 16lb.
